I just wanted to tell you that we have completed the repairs in our house. Safeco was just the best, from the adjuster, claims and the supervisor over everything….all were so very nice to work with. We had to replace roof, replace most of the Sheetrock out of the garage and totally replace plumbing drains up on the balcony which meant replace flooring on the balcony,Gutters,screens on Windows upstairs. Insurance  didn’t cover all of the above we just found a great team to work on our house. We so appreciate Safeco and the professional job and goes without saying we appreciate Matthews Insurance!
